sells High-Precision 3D Printing Equipment with major focus on manufacturing of optical packages. We supply a process that automates high-precision opto-electronics assembly and allow interconnecting optical components, Silicon or III/V Photonic Chips. Multiphoton Optics sets new accents for the industrial fabrication of novel optical packages, photonic elements for imaging systems, for biomedical and life science products, as well as for the development of novel functional materials.
Multiphoton Optics has launched its first customized, stand-alone High-Precision 3D Printing Equipment platform LithoProf3D in February 2015. The equipment is available for standard 3D structuring jobs and sophisticated work flows with selectable exposure strategies – 3D printing from the sub-100 nm to the cm scale with highest precision for photonic and biomedical products.
Multiphoton Optics provides a series of high-performance High-Precision 3D Printing Equipment Platforms LithoProf3Despecially suited for a broad variety of structuring jobs to enable scalability for products in different markets. Arbitrary 3-dimensional structures can be fast and reliably fabricated on demand within a volume and on a surface of a material. Structures are created via high-precision 3D printing in an additive fabrication mode (AFM) and in a subtractive fabrication mode (SFM), with easy switching between the different modes. The LithoProf3D platform features automated processes, adjustable footprint, application-specific laser power and wavelengths, and extremely high-precision positioning capabilities. The equipment is available in a three axis setup with and without galvo scanners and various levels of precision and automation.
The flexible software package LithoSoft3D® meets the most demanding requirements, and it is available for standard 3D structuring jobs and sophisticated work flows with selectable exposure strategies – 3D printing from the sub-100 nm to the cm scale with highest precision.
