Multiphoton Optics’ News – Parallelization and Scalability in Size

Dear customers, partners, and friends of Multiphoton Optics,

Massive Parallelization is now possible with the LithoProf3D®-GSIIP

In the framework of the EU-funded project PHENOmenon, consisting of 12 partners, Multiphoton Optics has made a major step in boosting the fabrication speed of 3D structures by implementing massive parallel fabrication. Multiphoton Optics has demonstrated – using a specially designed optics from IMT Atlantique – that its newest model of the LithoProf3D®-GSII series, the LithoProf3D®-GSIIP, is capable of 3D printing 121 structures of 4 µm x 4 µm x 12 µm in just 70 seconds with high quality. Serial fabrication of this amount of structures would need approximately 2.5 hours.

Multiphoton Optic’s technology also enables scalability in size.

Fabricated in a single process step with adjustable printing resolution, this seamless lensbox system combines arbitrary optical and non-optical shapes and functions, such as precise plug connections for mounting of counter pieces. Seamless large-scale structures cover the need for sizeable production output and are suitable as master tool for replication.

Sincerely yours,

LithoProf3D®
